Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from Mortal Under Gear, we will gladly accept a return of any new, unused item with its original tag for exchange or refund for up to 20 days after your purchase date.. It's that easy!

To request a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 20 days. Once your item is shipped back and it arrives to our office and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be accepted and processed. All refunds will be applied back to the method of payment that you used to purchase your item(s) with.
